These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the RecordRefine website and services.
By purchasing credits or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Overview
RecordRefine provides self-serve CRM data cleaning, de-duplication and enrichment services.
Services are delivered by processing customer-supplied data files and returning output files for customer-managed import.
RecordRefine does not configure, access, or modify your CRM system.
2. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:

Providing accurate and lawful data for processing

Ensuring you have the right to process and upload the data

Importing the delivered files into your CRM

Verifying results after import
RecordRefine is not responsible for how data is used after delivery.
3. Turnaround Times
Typical turnaround times are estimates only (generally 1–3 business days).
Processing times may vary based on file size, data quality, and service demand.
Turnaround times are not guaranteed.
4. Data Handling & Privacy
We process data solely to deliver the requested service.
Details of how we handle personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Pricing & Payments

Services are offered on a pay-as-you-go credit basis unless otherwise stated.

Prices exclude applicable taxes (such as VAT).
Minimum processing volumes may apply. -
Pricing may change from time to time but will not affect orders already placed.
6. Rework & Refunds
If you believe the delivered files do not match the agreed scope, you must notify us within a reasonable time.
Where appropriate, we may:

Reprocess the data, or
-
Provide a partial or full credit
Refunds are not provided for issues caused by source data quality or customer import actions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RecordRefine shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses

Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity

Issues arising from customer imports or downstream data use
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service.
8. No Affiliation
RecordRefine is not affiliated with Zoho Corporation or any other CRM provider.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
